Mama’s is a restaurant that serves authentic Palestinian food. What you get here is the same as what is made at home. The Ingredients which are used for cooking are freshly imported from Palestine. Most of the dishes are made with natural ingredients stuffed inside looking as colorful and tempting and baked from their wood-fired stone oven as ever. The first standalone Mama’esh was opened in 2018.
It’s the perfect mixture of super cute and ultra grace, with coffee shop vibes. There is an option to sit indoors and outdoors, climate permitting.
This restaurant is active on all of their accounts on social media.
GLIMPSE OF RESTAURANT
Unfortunately, this homely restaurant is not in a location that you can easily spot on your way. The interiors are natural and simple. They’ve performed a fabulous job of providing you with the feel of their heritage. In the interior, the restaurant has a small space but if you want views of Downtown it’s much more spacious to be eating outside. Now in Dubai, the beautiful climate gives you all more reason to sit outside the restaurant. Note: The cost of Parking is 10 AED per hour.
ABOUT THE MENU
There are a variety of dishes like– Appetizers

Manakish(flatbread)
Wraps
Salad and soups
sweets
cold drinks
hot drinks

There were freshly prepared drinks like the Fresh lemon mint juice was delightful and a thirst beverage but the Iced hibiscus is different.
The soup was very new and traditional and also very healthy but was blander in taste. The salad was more of a dipper.
There was a dish called Hummus with meat that was an attention seeker. The hot meat on top made it tastier and better.
There is a signature dish called Fatayers. One of the best sellers and mouth-watering Arabic treats is Chilli Minced meat & cheese Fatayer which is hot, soft and has an intense flavor. Muhammara and cheese was the other flavor which was spicier.
The traditional Palestine dish is the Musakhan chicken rolls stuffed with lots of chicken and onions with yogurt.
One of their favorite desserts for diners, oven baked Umma Ali which comes freshly baked from the oven.
